HOW TO ORDER
Ordering from us
is simple.
You chooses the item/s that you wish to purchase and make a note of
the item number.
You then fill in
the order form at the bottom of this page and submit the form.
We will receive
the form and check that the items are available and in stock.
We will check the
postage costs of the ordered item/s and adjust them to give you the
lowest rate available.
We will then send
you an invoice for payment, showing the postage and full amount due
and the date due.
You then pay for
your item/s via PayPal and as soon as we receive notice that the item
has been paid for we dispatch your
item/s to you........simple.

PAYMENT
Payments can be made by credit or
debit card made payable to UK MARTS . All credit card/debit card payments
are made through PAYPAL a secured site. We do not store any card details
relating to secure payments.
If any items you have ordered are
no longer in stock, we will contact you to let you know when they
will be available for delivery.
In any event we will confirm
when your parcels are dispatched to your address.

DELIVERY
CHARGES
We only charge for postage delivery
and packaging.

CANCELLATION
If we have received notification of
your cancellation before your goods have been dispatched your order
can be cancelled without any charge. You may also request that your
order is amended, such as removing items, adding items or increasing
quantities of items. Of course you must do all this prior to us mailing
your item/s to you and remember that we dispatch items within 1 (one)
day.
No refund for postage can be provided
once the order has been dispatched, the cost of postage merely covers
the cost of sending the goods to you, and that service cannot be credited
once begun. UK MARTS is not obliged to credit any local taxes, import
duties or custom charges paid.

RETURNS
UK MARTS offers a satisfaction guarantee
policy allowing you to return the goods within 14 days from receipt.
Goods are returned at the buyers cost. Goods returned within 14 days,
as post marked from receipt. As part of our satisfaction guarantee
policy items must be returned in 'as sold condition'. Goods returned,
not in 'as sold condition' will affect the total amount refundable.
We reserve the right to limit the amount payable as a refund on goods
that are not returned in a saleable condition or packaging has been
removed or tampered with or the item has been used. Damaged goods,
with damages made in transit will not be accepted for return to us.
You must make a claim against the carrier. Goods returned after 14
days from receipt are not refundable under the satisfaction guarantee
policy. All goods remain the property of UK MARTS until full payment
has been received.
We must be given written notice that you intend to return an item
and our approval must be obtained prior to returning the item, no
exceptions to this. Failure to provide the return notice and the item
will not be accepted.
All returned items must bear the senders full name and address on
the outside of the parcel or it will not be accepted for return.
EXCEPTIONS; Returns
will not be accepted on any jewelery, because it may have been worn.

NOTICE
Customers have 14 days from the date
of the delivery to report any shortages, breakage, miss-deliveries
and non-deliveries.
UK MARTS will not be liable for any such claims made after this time.

DELIVERY
UK MARTS will endeavour to process
and dispatch all orders within 1day from receipt of payment invoiced.
If you order more that one item, we
will adjust the shipping costs to reflect a lower price and
will join the shipping rates together to your advantage. In any event
you will be advised of all
costs, by invoice, prior to delivery being made.
Any order above £200 is free
delivery within mainland UK
Please note that deliveries to Islands
and Highlands may take longer than our usual service

All our orders are checked before despatch for quantity and quality.
On all electronic equipment we keep copies of the identification serial
numbers.
We will only deliver your items as ordered to the postal address as
registered with "PayPal".
Should you require items to be delivered to a different address than
the one registered, you must contact us in advance.
All parcels are tracked by the carriers
and we will provide you with a tracking number.
All parcels must be signed for.
