ORDERING;

RETURNS;

We accept the return of MANY of our products sold provided;

1. No returns accepted after 7 days of delivery date and the delivery date shall be
determined to be 2 days after mailing your purchase to you.

2. The product is returned to us in a saleable condition.

3. Must be in original production packaging if received in same.

4. Must not be in a damaged condition.

5. We must be notified at least three days in advance so that a return acceptance document may be sent to you by us.

6. Some items will not be accepted for return under any circumstance and they include items that may have come into contact with your person.... jewelry etc...sorry but these are the terms of your purchase.

7. You are responsible for any return postage fees.

PAYMENT;

1. We only use PayPal as our agents for the payment process.

2. Please be aware that by using PayPal you may be assured that they opperate a highly secure method of securing your payment and they accept all credit cards. So your payment method is secured by the internal process of PayPal.

DELIVERY;

1. We always aim to get your order off to you within 24 hours.

2. For all of our sales, we use the Post Office facility as our carriers and all items ordered must be signed for.

3. We will always advise you when we have shipped your purchase.
